just for the record.....Chachi is not one of my pups and I have never, nor would ever release a pup at 6 1/2 weeks. 12 weeks is the norm for my pups though I have released at 10 1/2 to people who had a week off from work to spend time adjusting the pup to their home and have kept others much longer than 12 for various reasons.
Your concern in this matter is appreciated since I hope we can educate other breeders to do likewise for the welfare of the pups.
