My mentor breeds 2 seasons, then rests a season. She has rested 2 seasons in a row before, but typically she only skips one.
I've heard people who breed every other season, giving the mom more of a break.
I think either way is acceptable, and could just depend on the bitch and her health. . . etc. . . |
