I'm at a loss with this too. I have tried to do it while she is sleeping. I'm able to get the latex band in once and as I'm about to loop it again she starts moving all around. I'll have to wait for my bfs help but he doesn't want me putting bows in Kona's hair, so I'm not sure he'll really help me. lol |
