You need to get him out more around different sounds...I just got a gsd puppy and we have been socializing him alot and the big thing is noise, you can just carry him around different sounds, but he needs to get use to all of them...Leave the tv on for him if your not there or radio. The more they are around different sounds they will not be so jumpy and scared...
