yeah i think that is reverse sneeze.... i posted a question about it a while ago, and i couldnt come up with an accurate description of what it sounded like....lol....... but harfing is good
..... i usually distracts toby and he stops, other people say then close their nostrils for a few seconds or blow on their nose.......
