Welcome to YT! I guess you mean the 'avatar'? You have to go to 'User CP' click on 'Edit Avatar' and upload it from there. The avatar pic can't be bigger than 75 pixel x 75 pixel.
And.... nobody hates you! And... your furbaby is sooooo cute!
