you are not bothersome.... it gets kind of slow around here on the weekends. not as many postings. they will catch up. LOL
as far as the belly bands are concerned. you need to keep a close eye on him to see when he is actually peeing. if you do and immidately take him out side or to his pad (which ever you use), it shouldn't make any difference whether he has a belly band or not. only the messes.
I have tiled floor so It wasn't such a big deal with me. my mop bucket it vinegar water was always handy. LOL (and I used it a lot)
