Sophie's name was going to be either Chloe or Zoe. I had them picked before we went to get her. In the car on the way home I said to my husband you know what name I think is cute Sophie. He said that is it I love it. That is how she got her name. It just came to me while I was holding her and it just seemed to fit perfect. I had not even thought of it before that day.
