My Yorkie's name is also Chewi. I took him to the vet yesterday for a check up because he has kennel cough and she said she wanted to do a culture/tracheal wash because he has been on antibiotics for a month. She strongly recommended it.... I was skeptical and asked her if he would be ok after and she said he would be fine after the anesthesia wears off.....Its been 20 hrs since his tracheal wash and he is so so so sick!!!!!!!! He wont eat anything and keeps throwing up. I dont know what to do.. I wish i had researched it more before i let her do this to him....i've been praying that he gets better...i hope he does
