-- there are others here with much more picture loading experience, but here goes
1) go down and click on
manage attachments
2) click on browse (unless you know the exact file name and path to the picture)
3) find and click on the picture you want to insert
4) hit the upload button
If you have trouble you might need to resize the pics, here are the maximum file sizes:
gif: 146.5 KB
jpeg: 200.0 KB
jpg: 200.0 KB
png: 100.0 KB
