I think there are many reasons why breeders wish to limit registration. Many are now even having the sterilization procedures done at a young age before they leave their homes so the pup doesn't go on to produce APRI, etc. or unregistered puppies.
I think it is ok for a breeder for whatever reason to put anything they want to in a contract because you have the right to accept it or decline it. |
