An experienced breeder is the best judge of whether a pup they produced will or will not be suitable for breeding. Also, a breeder is ultimately responsible for the dogs they've produced, they are on the planet because of their actions....so any dogs THOSE dogs produce are their responsibility also...SO, a reputable breeder will not surrender that responsibility lightly to anyone just wanting a pet.
