Congrats on your new baby! I am confused as well...is your puppy six weeks old? I thought that was a little young for the breeder to sell.

Be careful with too many baths in one day or even one week. Diamond will get stressed out sometimes when I give her two many baths and will shake for a little. I give her some Nutrical (sugar supplement) just to be on the safe side incase her sugar gets too low. Also, too many baths can also irritate the skin and cause flaking as someone already mentioned.

You may want to think about switching the puppy off of Purina in the near to distant future. It's a good puppy food but there are others that are a lot better for him/her. Personally, I have been using Royal Canin and I have heard nothing but good things about it. Eukenuba is good too.
