Ziggy had the same problem when he was about the same age. The vet found carpet fiber in his poop....they'll put anything in their mouths at that age! As recommended on this forum, I gave him plain pumpkin and it worked like a charm..no more diarrhea. It might be a good idea just to have him checked by your vet and take a stool sample.
