As a groomer...I used an Oster A1...I used the 8 1/2 blade for ones who were kept in a short Schnauzer type cut with or without a skirt.
Blade 10 for ears and belly area...many pet clippers under $60 do not cut well and the blades dull too fast...a good set with blades will run cost to $200..but in 35 years of constant grooming, I only replaced the Oster once..bought new blades every year...a pet owner could go 5 yrs per blade if cared for well... |
