Have you changed his food at all recently? Has he gotten into anything he shouldn't have? Has he experienced any 'traumas' (a change in his routine or any kind of stress) - this can cause the bacteria levels in his intestines to get out of whack and cause the tummy upset. Oscar is just getting over a bout of diarrhea too (also had vomiting). You shouldn't let it go untreated for more than 48hours (I'd say 12 to 24 hours if they are really teeny). A trip to the vet to see what's up probably wouldn't hurt. My vet gave me some meds to get him back on track as well as some special food to help slow things down (so his food isn't just going right through him). Make sure he's drinking lots of water - it's important to keep him hydrated!
