When I purchased my Rocky from Deb Sillers 4 1/2 years ago, my husband picked him up... she met my husband (who is a truck driver) near Columbia, Missouri.... so I have never personally met her. I have spoken to her numerous times on the phone.
She seems to really care about her dogs (spoils them rotten). She called me up just about every day the first week I had my Rocky (as a pup). He grew to be 3 1/2 pounds. I was very pleased with my experience with Deb Sillers.
... and yes..... her dogs do have excellent pedigrees.
Hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones who actually get to meet her!!
