Not to alarm you, but when Hobbs was 12 weeks old, he jumped off the couch and started limping on his back leg. He did not cry or anything. He would let us massage it and move it all we wanted. He didn't act at all like it was hurting but he would not walk on it at all. We are those "run to the vet people" too, so we took him to the ER vet right when it happened. They did an X-ray which revealed a cracked bone in his back leg. They said that dogs in general do not show pain or weakness bc in packs the weakest is always left behind. That is why he didn't cry when it happened and why he would let us move it and stuff without showing any signs of pain. They put him in a splint that he had to wear for 3 weeks. Now at 8 months, he is perfectly fine...no signs that his little leg was ever broken.

But, my point is, just bc he isn't showing any signs of pain when you touch or more his leg may not mean that it is not seriously injured. However, if he is walking on it, it would probably be safe to say that he is fine. Keep us updated on how he is doing! Hope he is back to normal in no time!
