Default Aria keeps throwing up!

Hi All - Aria is 14 months and has been throwing up every 3-4 days for about a month now. We took her to the vet and they took xrays to make sure there was no blockage from a power cord (luckily not plugged in) and network cable she ate around the time this all started. She felt around her belly and it didn't seem to bother Aria at all. She prescribed some pepcid. We tried giving her the pepcid a couple days later and she ended up throwing up 11 times that next day! When we took her to the vet she said the pepcid had nothing to do with her throwing up and that it was probably a coincidence. They took some tests, injected her with some fluids and sent her home with some i/d prescription food + pepcid. She didn't throw up for a week. We transitioned her back to nutro for sensitive tummies and she continues to throw up every 3-4 days. All other activites are completely normal so we decided to go back to the i/d wet and dry prescription food. So far she is on it for 2 days (mixing it with the nutro) and she threw up 5 times yesterday and once today. I am so worried and the vet doesn't seem to know what is wrong. Her tests results came back normal. We have also tried feeding her smaller portions more times a day to make sure she doesn't have an empty belly. Her throw up seems to either be bile or white with some food in it (sorry for the mental images). Does anyone else experience this with their yorkie(s)? Could it be that she just has a sensitive stomach? Please let me know if you experience this at all. I tried doing a search on here for sensitive stomachs and throwing up but didn't come up with much. The vet says if she doesn't stop the next step would be an ultrasound....I just don't want my baby to hurt
Sorry for the long post....any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!
THANKS!!!
