you are NOT alone. my yorkie has thrown up a yellowish bile as well. i have NO idea why he does this either. its only happened about 3x within 4 months. the 3rd time was a little scary and i took him to the emergency vet to see if he was okay and he was perfectly healthy.....i dont think you should worry too much... and i doubt you can train them where to throw up....i guess they just feel sick and when u gotta throw up---u just do it regardless where it is. good luck!
