The bad thing is - Sex Offenders that are registered are only the ones they've CAUGHT and convicted - theres far more out there NOT caught ...it's your average Joe who no one ever suspects -
Please everyone ....kids and you moms & single women too- BE CAREFUL...these guys target anyone looking vunerable - The best thing we can teach our children is to always expect the worst with a stranger - it's a bad way to look at life but it's forced on us these days...
