Thank God it is illegal in Arizona to leave a dog in the car winter or summer. I can call the cops and they will come and busts the people's car windows and get the animal out and the people can't do a darn thing about it. I also have little stickys that I carry around and leave on their car in the winter time when it is not so hot and I know the dog is safe.
