Can't you call the aspca or the police with the plate number and report it as animal cruelty. The other day my bf and I were picking up pizza and there is a bar next door and I watched this couple get out of their car with the windows cracked and leave a german shepard in the car while they went into the bar. I was so tempted to call the police when I saw this...this wasn't a case of running into a store real quick these people were going into a bar to hang out while this poor dog was stuck in a hot car, thats just selfish and cruel. |
