Wow!!!! You have a very full life. Thanks for telling us about yourself and your family. It's always nice to know a little about the new members that are joining.
I take it that you live in the country since you live on 8 acres. We live in the country too. My husband is a farmer here in Kansas. I'm a stay-at-home mom too, but once in a while I help my husband by driving the tractor or running errands. I'm 49 and have 4 children (one son and 3 daughters) and 5 grandchildren. My son and oldest daughter are married. My second daughter is in college, but lives at home. My youngest daughter is 14 and will be in the 9th grade this next year. We have a yorkie, Reuger, who just turned one, and an airdale, Mollee, and a cat.
It sounds like you got quite a deal on your little girl and she's blossomed in your care. I wish that I had a little girl to go with Reuger. I just love the thought of dressing her up. My husband told me that I could get one, but now I'm trying to figure out if I want to breed them or just have pets. It will make a difference on what I'll be looking for when I get ready to buy one.
