That's wonderful - that your grandson has met a dog that he really isn't afraid of and has become attached to. This will teach him that dogs can be loved, enjoyed, and appreciated. Hopefully, he will be able to visit you and your dog often.
Obviously you can't tell his parents whether or not they can have a dog -- that's their decision to make on their own.
But anyway - he can enjoy your pup at your house.
