The reason is I'm afraid it will scare him to death. I have never used a blow dryer on him. He doesn't like dryers or vac. cleaners. It terrifies him. I take him to the vet to have his nails clipped. When I bath him I towel dry him, then brush for awhile. He gets down and runs - I call it air drying. A few minutes later he comes back for me to finish brushing him. My husband says we should have named him Helosie instead of Hercules because is so scared of things. It has gotten a lot better. He turned 6 months old on May 1. Getting out of the puppy stage - I hope !!!!!!!!
We love him no matter what.
