It is not easy to show dogs with small children, the time commitment to the training and coat care is sometimes overwhelming. I showed dogs when my children were young, I would take one at a time to the shows. At some shows I was handling as many as 14 dogs. As my children got older they became very helpful. It was not their calling for life and they moved on, but I think if you ask them they both would tell you stories of the shows and the sightseeing we did while on the road. This is just what their mother did, it was my life and my all time love. Unlike other people I did not do it for the fun, to tell the truth I did it for my friends and most of all for the win!!! I admit it, it is all about winning for me. Everybody wants to win, or why else would they be there spending all that money?
