Everything about this situation would send up RED FLAGS to me...There is a show breeder called Prestigious Yorkies in your area, I think. I do not know them at all but I have seen their dogs in TYTM when they have won awards and they are lovely. Show kennels sell their puppies that are not show quality (most in a litter are good pet quality) for reasonable prices...
