I have the SAME ONE from Walmart also, but all they had there didn't have any change purse attached. Yes, it was under $9.... It was in the BEAUTY DEPT........ suppose to be a cosmetic case but we keep the girls things in there like their harnesses, leashes, brush, comb, and little cups for drinking water. TODAY IS OUR YOUNGEST BABY"S BIRTHDAY. Lindsey is 5 yrs old and still acts like she's a pup !
