I had stomach problems for a long time before my doctors concluded that I was simply allergic to gluten (this was a long time ago and I have been gluten-free for awhile now). Once I went off of gluten I began feeling much better. I still on an occassion eat food with gluten, I just can't help it. But for the most part I stay away from it and I figured if it is bad for me, it can be bad for my dogs. I didn't know that about gluten being like a glue, it all makes sense now. Thanks for the intersting info.
