[joy and bella]

So I just got back from the vet and it turns out Bella doesnt have a kennel cough. She has liquid in her lungs and in infection but they dont know what kind yet bc they have to send it to the lab. when i asked my vet if she is going to live he said he didnt know. he told me to put a vaporizer for an hour a day twice a day, he also said to put 3 drops of vitamin e in her food. i dont know what to do..i am sooo scared. i am going to get a second opinion in an hour...what does everyone suggest i do???
