no, i really don't think that you should restrict water. I worry about leaving my baby home in the heat but I feel like he prefers the heat more than the cool temp. I leave 2 bowls of water with ice cubes for him one upstairs and one downstairs along with a fan on each floor because it is REALLY hot and humid this week.
Let him drink so that he dosen't get dehydrated or get a heat stroke.
