Oh boy is it hot in NYC!! This week we have officially welcomed the summer by posting degrees in the high 80's all week, not to mention the humidity (yes girls, it means bad hair days all week
). I usually leave water out for Nikko all day, and because it is so warm, I have started adding a few ice cubes in his bowl which he totally loves. The problem is, because it is so warm he is gulping more water than usual which means he's peeing a lot more too!! He likes to mark my house and lately he has a lot more water in his pistol
My question is is it ok to restrict his water? I don't want to parch him but he is peeing too much. Belly bands don't work because he fusses and bites at them. What do I do?
