I do understand your concern. My friend knows that breeder pretty well. They are in contact since a long time, 3 years. My friend have visit last summer the breeder in Swiss, and I don't think there is any proble, she is also an active member of our frenc forum. The dog is a King Charles Cavalier and there is no good breeder here in Quebec even do in Canada. And that breeder there is Swiss are having Europe champion dogs.
The problem is really the transport fee. If there is no other way my friend will go to Swiss just to bring back to puppy and instead of 1543$ it will cost 1643$..........is that stupid.
