The only thing about a silent auction is getting everyone here at about the same time and not everyone has money if the bidding gets really high. We need this to be fair for everyone and do the best we can to get as many possible pictures of everyone's baby. If we have to do 3 or 4 different calendars then atleast everyone will get their pictures in. There is so much insterest in the calendar that I don't think that anyone would have a problem if we ended up having more than 1 calendar. The collage idea is good too, kinda like a yearbook picture for each month. I would just hate to see someone get left out because they could not afford a bid that could and probably would get high or there was not enough room. Hugs, Donna
