Cry Low albinum...any clue?

My little yorkie had a little diarrhea with blood a couple of weeks ago so we took her to the vet and after a battery of blood work and fecal tests, the only result that came back not normal was her albinum levels at 2.3 so the vet recommended more tests that were quite invasive (such as ACTH test) so we decided to get a second opinion and the second vet said that everything looked normal and just to keep an eye on her. One week later, out of nothing, she started vomiting water, she could not keep the water down but as soon as we called the emergency vet, she had stopped vomiting and being her self hyper girl so we didn't do anything else. This past weekend, she started vomiting again and this time it was very foamy but it was clear and no odor (again, this lasted only 15 to 20 mins and only 3 incidents and she has been normal since then). After these incidents we decided to have her tested for Cushings (ACTH test) but today the vet called and said that her results were negative but that he was still very concerned because her albinum levels were quite low and that more tests were required. Does anybody have any idea on what could be affecting my girl? does any body know what the albinum levels represent? any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
