Excuse me for not properly introducing my poor pup: his name is Theodore--Theo for short--and he is 7 months old. Theo1.jpg

Thanks for the advice so far. Another question: what should I do with him in the immediate future? I did wash the area, and applied a little vasoline, but I'm afraid to even take him outside for him to go potty, for fear that he will experience the awful pain again.
