 You could take it to a homeless shelter..
You could take it to a homeless shelter if local animal shelter won't take it. I think though like animal control would take it or county shelters that have less money than that of a private shelter org...I was thinking if they don't take it maybe a homeless shelter would take it.. I see many homeless people with dogs.
