I'm home most of the day, and since the weather is usually great in south texas, Schatzi is trained to go outside. I mostly steered away from puppy pads to avoid cleaning....but when it's raining I sometimes wish I had tried that.
Schatzi seemed to prefer going outside, though. I TRIED training her on pads at first, but she chewed them up and prefered to sleep on them
