I spent 3 grumpy days due to sleepless nights and I just had to let Mia sleep on the bed so she would just shut up.
We have the same problem, plus paper thin walls, and sensitive neighbors. So, we just spend all our time with Mia. But, then again, we can spend all of our time with her right now. She doesn't bark unless she needs to-- like getting on&off the couch. I am assuming that once she is comfortable in her environment she will be better about not barking when alone. Hopefully in a month or so? I don't know though.
I wish you a lot of patience and luck.
The breeder said to say the phrases she uses for her dogs in a mean voice. I'm more soft spoken so I've had to work on it. I just say, "Angel no, that'll do, quiet, go to bed...etc." Thanks for the support. I hope it gets better soon.
