Give her lots of hard, chew toys and see if they loosen up. Play "tug-of-war with her, too. Someone else suggested giving baby carrots as treats since they are hard. If they loosen any, they will most likely fall out on their own.
Sissy still has one baby tooth at 10 months. It isn't a canine, but appears to be solidly in her mouth. So, I'm facing the same dilema. The vet said to give it about a month and if it doesn't fall out on its own, she'll have to go under to get it pulled.
