I am all for obeying laws..my husband is a retired Police chief..if you are serious about breeding, you have to move to an area where it is permitted..or keep your business to yourself like most show/hobby breeders have to do..I tried to be legal..but found out if I got a license, AC could come into my home anytime of the day or night to inspect...if they found anything they did not like, they could take my dogs..I knew a few AC people and they abused their power...there was one officer I refused to sell a puppy to and she started sneaking aound looking in my the windows..I showed her a .38 through the closed window and she fell backwards in the shrubs..but never came back..
None of my neighbors ever complainted to Animal control about my Yorkies..and I lived there for 35 yrs. No way were my Yorkies going to go the pound because some AC officer was power happy. |
