Default Yorkie throwing up? what next?

Yesterday morning I woke up to the sound of my 16 month old girl throwing up. She had thrown up several more times during the day (including the rice I fed her). I did call my vet and he said to give her a 1/2 tsp of pepto and try to feed her bread. She has been keepning the bread down and drinking water since about 3 yesterday afternoon. Everything else seems to be fine (normal poops, playing, no tummy pain).

My question is when should I try to switch her back to rice and then boiled chicken. I don't want to force her back into a regular diet before she is ready. Also - I haven't given any more pepto - do I need to?

Thanks!!!!!
