Yeah trying eating a little bit better for a while and see if it stops. Like I can have a salad for lunch and still get the shakes or black out but if I have the same salad and just a little bit of meat (literally a little bit) I'm fine. Or if I snack all day on, well my snacks are usually cheetos or chips and little debbie snacks usually the chocolate kinds I will get the shakes or black out. Its not just about eating its about eating right. I'm not saying to have to eat only veges and fruits just try to keep it balanced. I'm not big on meats or veges so I have to make sure I get at least a little bit each day.

I am the pickiest eater so I know its not fun but just find things you like and try that and if it doesn't help then I would check with a doc just to make sure.
