Some medicines (a lot actually) make people and pets drowzy or tired. So, this in itself might be expected for a while and may not be anything to worry about.
Sometimes when our little pups aren't feeling good - we shouldn't push foods down them or try to force them to eat. A dog can actually go days without food with no ill effects........ NutriCal is a good supplement to try and get down your pup if she doesn't have much of an appetite right now. My vet said that children and pets (us too) often don't have much of an appetite when they're not feeling well or are sleepy and tired. Sometimes their stomachs need a vacation for a day or two - and often if you forced them to eat - they'll vomit...... which causes more dehydration....
Also - these little guys are so small - that they don't need to be drinking huge amounts of water. I think the syringe is a good idea too. If you get a little water far enough back in her throat - her gag reflex will take over and she'll be swallowing some.
Good luck. And - remember to go back to the vet if she doesn't start feeling better soon.
