My opinion of crate training is...
you leave your baby in the crate when you cant watch them, then when you go to get them out of the crate, you take the baby potty as soon as you take them out of the crate, then they learn that as soon as they get out of the crate they go and do there business.
others leave a potty pad down in the crate for them if the crate is big enough.
