A few weeks ago I was going through the exact same thing you guys are going through now. This is the advice I was given..."IGNORE HER...and Let her whine"!!! It broke my heart to just listen to her whine for what seemed like hours at a time, but it truly worked. Now Beauty is sleeping "Through the Night". I put her down for bed at about 11:00p.m. and she doesn't wake up until about 6:45a.m. and she is only 10 weeks old. I learned that the key was "consistency"! If you have played with her, fed her and she has gone potty, then you know that she is just whining to get out and that is a No No! Especially if you are crate training. Good luck with training your puppies!!!
Oh and another thing is you have to be patient!!!! And remember that she is still a baby who is in a new environment away from her mother and litter mates. I was careful to keep that tidbit in mind when she would have an episode.
