The pants fit Buddy quite well as they had little holes for her little tail
However after about 30 mins she got annoyed with it (and she was actually extremely mellow with wearing clothes) soo, it depends. I would just buy 2 cheap pairs and see if they like it. (try to get the stretchy kind of waist fabric, I can't remember what its called.. you know, so that you can stretch the waistline
) Oh if only you had a little girl yorkie, the skirts fit perfectly! (the dresses can be a bargain too)
Also I think they sell bows too for like 50 cents. (they might be a little big)
