You were WAY nicer than I think I'd have been - NO groomer should shave a yorkie like THAT - and without asking first ? no way !
but the upside is - it WILL GROW BACK - but wow - Sorry - but that one has Chanels BAD haircut beat by a mile.....

and actually... she DOES look very cute - but with no hair on her face - no one will know you have a yorkie for a few months...
Bless her heart - she'll get used to it - and so will you - maybe put a shirt on her so she doesn't feel so naked ?
PS...I have written instructions for groomers I used to leave with them - even with it in writing - they can mess up - but you have a better chance of that NOT happening when you put it in writing.
