Their hair does seem to grow back fairly fast. It is a shock though, when your not expecting it, isn't it? Our first grooming experience was somewhat the same..not quite as shaved, but a lot lot lot shorter than I was expecting. Cooper grew out fairly fast, and so I went to try another groomer, and she appeared to only wave the scissors over him....where is that middle ground???? I will say I prefer not enough cut, than too much.
